• University graduate in Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related areas, At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst or related Experienced in agile working methodologies (Kanban, Scrum),
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases Experience with software integration patterns – web services, event management, SOAP, JSON, XML, REST and WSDL, Hands on SQL (PL-SQL) knowledge is a plus,
• Process Design, Support and Management experience in one of the well-known CRM and BPR systems (Salesforce and PaperWork background is a plus),
• Good knowledge of software development platforms and web service methodologies,
• Strong communication/influencing /facilitation skills at all levels of the Business, other IT teams and 3rd party service providers,
• Understanding of application architectural structure, its alignment to business processes and application landscape and its relation & fit to other integrated systems Preparing and updating technical, functional and user documentation regarding applications,
• Problem solving and analysis skills to create solutions for business needs, Ensure support/change management of end user in applying IT in daily business,
• Preparing and updating technical, functional and user documentation regarding applications, Ability to multi-task amongst several priorities,
• Project Management experience is a plus, Experience in one of the followings is a plus: automotive industry/ fleet leasing

Description:

• Working in coordination with business units throughout the software development process, ensuring coordination to meet business demands and functional needs,
• Designing business processes, performing functional and technical analysis in line with business demands in IT projects,
• Managing different models of integrations between CRM and other solutions,
• Giving system trainings to the key business users,
• Provide technical leadership to projects,
• To make the necessary updates to the existing software modules in a timely manner,
• Support for related service desk requests,
• Proper escalation of issues to IT management,
• Develop, create, and modify software applications in accordance with applicable software development methodologies,
• Capable of understanding and contributing to the technical solution from design through to code level.
