| Açıklama | Qualifications Around 10 years of experience Preferably having a graduate degree Expertise in consolidated financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements Proficiency in financial software and technologies Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Strong leadership and communication skills The Group Financial Controller (Hedef Filo, Voltify, Letgo, Oto.net, Otoplus), who will report directly to the Board of Directors, will be responsible for the following: Ensure the accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and consolidation for all entities. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards and the application of uniform accounting standards across the group. Liaise with external auditors and manage the audit process. Monitor and report financial performance against budgets and forecasts. Lead consolidated budgeting and forecasting processes for the Group. Analyze financial data from operating companies to provide group-wide financial insights. Facilitate cross-company financial alignment and consistency. Support inter-company financial transactions and reconciliations. Recommend strategies to optimize cash position and working capital. Forecasting short and long term cash flow needs. Contribute to strategic planning and decision making at executive level. Develop financial strategies to support business growth by providing financial insights and analysis to inform key Business initiatives. Ensure that robust internal controls are maintained across subsidiaries. Identify and report financial risks. Assisting with potential merger and acquisition transactions |
